Hi all,I'm a longtime lurker on these boards and would really appreciate any insight you could give me with my chart. I'm at a point in my life where I could really use some direction, especially in the areas of career and love (typical, I know!). So, here's my chart... I included some asteroids in case those are relevant. So, as far as career goes, there's Aquarius on the MC, Moon and Saturn in the tenth, etc. I just don't know how to synthesize this info into possible vocations. I'm kind of directionless at the moment, lol. With the whole love thing, I'd just like to know what kind of men fit the bill. I'd sincerely appreciate any fresh takes on this, seeing as my own perspective is limited. Thanks in advance. IP: Logged |

WELCOME TO LL <3 <3im no proffessor on asteroids but keeping to the planets get you lots of info too ^^ aquarius MC with uranus in capricorn in the 9th maybe working on state sciances (aquarius IS about progress...and whats more progress than sciance :P) of foreign countries (9th house) mostly anything that allows you to innovate old systems and relates to travelling, phylosophy, religion, politics or teaching just know that its YOUR choice of what youd like to work and the natal chart only gives and inclination fairly intense love life imo and since NN is in the 7th probably good chance to marry also you have the ruler of the dsc EXACTLY on the dsc i guess you need an intense person who is very different from you....it might be someone you will befriend first or meet in some group...and you might do the chasing... and some of the giving in the relationship at first theres a chance your relationships will transform your way of thinking...but you should avoid power plays in it probably someone with strong scorpio/pisces or pluto/neptune energy will fit i added pisces/neptune energy cause good contacts to moon in synastry often show a very close loving relationship and an ability to connect to each other very well tell me what you think and you can ask any question you like IP: Logged |

Oooh, doommlord, thanks for the response!Science always comes up with the Aquarius Midheaven, but it was actually my least favorite subject in school! Biology, chemistry, physics... I was okay with them, just never really enjoyed them AT ALL, lol. I am studying mathematics at the moment though. I just worry that I might end up in a profession I find unfulfilling, like being an accountant or actuary. They're very stuffy, you know? I don't mean to offend anyone with these careers, I just don't think I personally would be happy crunching numbers in an office all day. Now, I find the ideas of the ninth appealing. Before I switched my major to math, I was on a liberal arts track. I was told by a psychic once that I was some sort of teacher in a past life, and I am good at articulating concepts, but kids? Not so much, haha It always intrigues to see an intense love life associated with my Scorpio DSC, since my love life is nonexistent, lol! Then again, quality isn't the same as quantity. I suppose I haven't quite found the right people. Also, I treat relationships pretty seriously and play for keeps, which is sort of uncharacteristic for a young adult like me. I'm interested that you included the Neptune/Pisces energy. The biggest crush I've ever had was on a guy who had his Sun, Venus, and Mars in Pisces. I have always found myself attracted to musicians, so that definitely fits the profile. My experience with Scorpios is pretty limited, though. Where are they all at, haha? So, what sort of career potential do you guys see in my chart? Also, what do you make of all those planets on or near the angles (Sun and Mercury conjunct the ASC, Mars conjunct the IC, Pluto on the DSC)? IP: Logged |

I will just briefly address the love life situation.Lately, you may have found yourself attracted to weird or unusual partners and this will continue for the next 2 years, as Uranus will be conjunct your Venus back and forth. You may also have developed strange one way fascination with people, as same Venus is or will be squared by Pluto also during the same time. If I were you, I wouldn't view those people and relationships as permanent or having potential to be long lasting. Just sit tight, enjoy the ride and wait until these aspects are out of the way. However, when Saturn starts transiting into your 7th house about 2 years from now, it might bring you a stable partner who might ground you after a frustrating period of instability. The current transit of Venus T squaring Aries and Capricorn is bringing your love life issue or lack of to the forefront and you might feel lonely. This too shall pass. You will definitely get married. Your north node is there in your house of marriage, so it will happen, it is your life path. You also have Pluto conjunct your descendant so marriage or partnership is essential to you and you use your partner to renew and regenerate yourself. Your partner also must be a powerful or plutonic man (or woman), and anything less will be unsatisfactory to you. Just be careful that he or she doesn't control you too much because same Pluto is opposite your sun. Power struggles with partners will be an issue that you will have to address. IP: Logged |

Belage, you're really good at this!I can't speak too much about the Uranus conjunction, though there was one minor crush this past year who was intriguing and unusual. Now, the Pluto square I can most definitely relate to. I've been infatuated with like three guys this past year, none of whom were feasible partners. It's been hard to keep my feet on the ground with that Pluto influence. So, with Saturn entering my seventh house next year, I'm not quite sure what to expect. Will there be even more restrictions and delays in my love life? It'll be opposing my Sun nonetheless, so I am a bit worried. Then again, it could be a serious partner, but I honestly don't know. You're right on about the current Venus transit. Typically, I busy myself with other things, but love has definitely been on my mind recently. For me, it's always strange to hear about how I may face power struggles in relationships, given my minimal experience. I just can't imagine it, lol. Also, what aspects or placements make someone Plutonic? IP: Logged |

Saturn will not be entering your 7th house next year as your 7th house doesn't start until 23 degree of Scorpio. Look at the cusp.Around October 2014 is when Saturn starts crossing your 7th house. IP: Logged |

People worry a lot about Saturn. I have done a lot of worry about it too when it affected my chart. What I am learning, and it takes age and maturity to realize that is that Saturn only takes away what we don't really need and forces us to grow up. It's a tough concept to grasp when we're in the midst of a failed relationship, lack of job, lack of money, etc, but ultimately, we look back and realize it was all good. IP: Logged |

Whoops, my mistake. Makes quite the difference where time is concerned!

Yeah, Saturn can most definitely bring strength to an individual with its lessons. By no means is it easy though. For instance, currently, I have progressed Saturn in my eleventh house, if I'm not mistaken. In no way am I a social butterfly, so the few friendships that I do have, are waning a bit at the moment. It's a bummer. Now, natal Saturn in the tenth probably explains my career concerns. I thought I had an idea of what I wanted to do with my life, but that's not the case anymore. I don't quite like not having some sort of plan, so to speak. Opinions?

You recently went through a transit of Jupiter in Taurus squaring your Natal Saturn, so this might have brought some kind of confusion as to what you wanted to do with your career. You will get more clarity when transiting Saturn in Libra will trine your natal saturn at some point in a few weeks or months. IP: Logged |

Yeah, it might've been that transit. It's probably also college student anxiety too, haha. Thanks so much for your input Belage. You're truly good at what you do!

I thought I was done with this thread, but I'm having a really hard time right now.I'm a college sophomore who recently transferred to a college back home because of homesickness and financial reasons. I know at this school I'm not living up to my potential, but I wasn't happy at my other university either. Now, I feel like pulling out for a while is the next step, but I fear that would disappoint my parents even further and waste my intellectual capacity. All the work I've done up to this point seems futile now, like getting good grades, having advanced classes, etc. I don't quite know what I want to do with my life in regards to career. Money and material things aren't important to me. I don't want my future happiness to be dependent upon nice cars, nice clothes, etc. Financial stability is what I desire at the very least. I always wanted to work in the music industry, but that notion was kicked to the curb last year. Besides music, I don't know what I really love anymore. I feel like I'm at ground zero, having to rebuild again. Please share any insights on my chart. Also, I would sincerely appreciate any advice or your own life experiences regarding how you found your calling. IP: Logged | |
