The best way to do it is look up the chart and google all the aspects that you can see with importance, also search up the ASC position and planet positions, etc

This is how I did it before I could read charts, I've not found a free reading site yet

Ohh it's only free if you want the 2012 SR (parts of it anyway).

I have used astrowin.org their charts are free which includes:
transit
synastry Charts
Progressions
vocational Analysis
and a few more
The service is similar to Grupo Venus
