Is this possible without a birth date? I can tell you that I am exactly 6 weeks pregnant today. Is that enough info? I don't know the date of conception either. Just thought I'd throw it out there anyway.

You could throw a chart out for the due date of the baby and it should give you some idea of the planets in the signs and aspects but nothing will be clear without the ASC sign which you'll be able to calculate once the baby is born.
Look to your own transits as well as medical info for when your baby'll be born, I checked my mother's chart for clues and it turned out that the Transiting North Node was Conjunct her ASC and there was something going on with Jupiter and the Vertex, it may give you an indication to when you'll have your baby
