Does anyone have long bouts of mental tension? Even if they're in a swell and happy place yet their mind is aggressive and yearns to go deeper and deeper in wild thought?? Considering I have virgo asc/aries mercury in the 8th house with a few squares does shed some light... But if any one wants to take a peek at my chart and notice any other patterns, that would be so cool. OR if you have a similar story or feelings??

YES. i have been feeling like this lately for seemingly no reason. been going on a month now. i'm feeling better but it feels like i could snap at any minute, i have to actively choose not to let my mind go to deeper places. it's so bizarre..can't help ya with any astrological reasons, but just figured i'd share with you that you are not the only one, and reading your post made me feel better because it also let me know that i'm not the only one .

yeah man. im so glad it makes you feel better. meditation does wonders to relax the mind- music, art; anything that allows you not to think and let yourself be. dancing! did some last night. dancing is a cure-all.
