Do you need a tarot reading? Or personal advice?Personal advice: if he wronged you in the past, don't do it again. Tarot: Six of Wands, a symbol of victory from what I understand. This could mean that if you do choose to get back together with him, it would signify the resolution of an important issue that was not cleared up earlier. Your hopes and desires will be fulfilled. Would you in turn be able to look at a synastry chart for me? (Just briefly - its in this forum) You helped me out before on one of my threads and I really liked your insight. IP: Logged |

Hello AshSkye, At least, we know now why in your weekly reading, there was stress in your personal life whatever you choose in the end, it's alway good for the ego to have someone you still love to come back to you. I can't tell you what to do, I will just ask if you will be happy with him in the short term if you get back together. The 2 of cups & the 6 of cups jump at me... It really goes toward a reunion with eachother (atleast seeing each other to speak) and to find again the simple joy to be together, a kind of innocence and to let go the past hurt, the dispute. I feel it will be very healing for you. I don't know if it will be strong or long term but you will gain something from it : it will free you of some pain Keep us inform of your decision.

Well, my biggest question is going to be... why are you unsure? I find a lot of times hesitancy to be big flag (especially with exes) But anyway -- you aren't here for soapboxes! I did a four card spread for you. Should you get back together: Six of Swords Why/why not: Hanged Man (r) Outcome if advice is listened to: 5 of Cups (clarifier -- 5 of Wands (r)) Outcome if advice is not: Empress (r) (clarifier -- Two of Cups) Overall, this says to me, no, you shouldn't. The Six of Swords is about moving on, taking what we've learned, and heading to a new shore where new experiences and new growth can occur. The swords are the class of the mind, of the rationale, and the Six asks you to use your lessons to sharpen your eyes and perception (as well as your heart) and move on to the next place. The reason being is the Hanged Man (r) -- upright he is simply in stasis, waiting on the universe to stop working "against him" (or more often his will.) The upright Hanged Man wants to go, but finds he can't, and more often than not, it's because a lesson needs to be learned. However, he is open to learning this lesson so he can get going! Reversed -- he is standing still on his own accord. He is refusing to learn what he needs to and he is content to be where he is at (which is not a good place -- there's no growth!) This can either be you -- maybe no other men have made offers, and that's got you feeling sad and lonely (or at least like you want to feel wanted again -- I can TOTALLY gel with you on that if that's the case) OR (and I feel this is the real case) he is the exact same person and in the exact same place as when you met him and were with him the first time. My bet would be the hesitancy is because you are afraid of, not just reading the same book twice, but being stuck in the sequel -- which is always filled with more drama and explosions than the first. If you don't get back together I pulled the 5 of Cups with a clarifier of the 5 of Wands (r). You'll be sad... still wishing for love and partnership, but you'll be on the path to healing. If you've never seen the 5 of Cups card, google it. The two cups behind him are both indicative of the good that's coming (and it's worth mentioning Two of Cups in tarot is partnership and balance and relationships.) The 5 of Wands (r) says to me as well, on top of feeling sad... but in a healthy way, you will stop feeling this unhealthy chaos in yourself -- the back and forth fight between the should you/shouldn't you, that's really starting to stress you out poorly. You'll be able to sleep finally. If you do get back together with him... The Empress reversed with a Two of Cups. You'll have the partnership you want, but at the sacrifice of your female intuition, your feminine ideals and pride, and your overall power. The fact this card showed up in general suggests to me you are a very delicate person in heart -- you are romantic and have a set idea of what a man should bring to the table (not in a bitchy way, but in a chivalrous, provide-protect mantra.) You want an Emperor to your Empress -- equal partners, but he takes the lead often. Seems like going back... you wouldn't be being true to that. Maybe I'm wrong. She represents a lot (most often our intuition with the earth and life and emotions), but this came to my head, so I'm writing it down. I say, stay away. Move on and find someone new who can help you grow. Things don't work out most often because the universe knows it isn't right for us. It's a tool to get us to where we need to be. We fall in love with the stepping stones, but they aren't solid ground, you know? Hope this helps. IP: Logged | |
