 I know the ruler of the first is inconjunct the ruler of the seventh. I am not sure what this aspect means in this case. I know my co-significator is also the moon which is conjunct the ruler of the 7th house.
Oh but wait. Mars is the traditional ruler of Scorpio and that is square the 7th house ruler.
This is about a guy from my past I am not currently seeing but was previously told I might end up with. I still have feelings for him but he currently won't talk to me after I couldn't wait around for him and got a boyfriend who I've since broken up with. IP: Logged |

Right, looking at this from a modern point of view, an inconjunct could mean that you're in very different places, the both of you could be a good pair emotionally but I'm thinking that one of you aren't ready or the both of you aren't ready, there could be friendship though and that could be strong. Traditionally Mars and Venus are in an applying square orb of seven, so you should hear something in seven and since both Mars and Venus are in Cadent houses, there would be a long wait before the answer is given. I'm getting weeks/months for this. A friendship can be found within this but a relationship? We'll see.
I'd give this a No for this moment in time, seven weeks/months? Maybe but there may be a struggle for you to get together for whatever reason, I pulled a tarot card for this and I ended up with the Seven of Wands (Again a Seven) this may be that he feels very pressured at the moment, very vulnerable, or you may feel that way which is why a relationship or dating now isn't a good idea. Hey, I'm new at this.You are Mars in the 12th house in Scorpio (ruler) are you keeping yourself hidden from him? Or are you keeping it a secret the fact that you still have feelings for him?
It could also be that you two haven't seen or spoken to each other in a long time. Venus in 9th house conjunct moon, but it's separating. Maybe he broke up with someone. The square between you (mars) and him (venus) is applying, so there is a chance, but you have to be the one to act I believe. Come out of the 12th house and talk to him. It seems like there might be some difficulties, but it is possible. I see some possibility between the next 6 months. You have to work some issues out with him. I'm new..keep us updated! IP: Logged |

Hey thanks so much for your responses. I haven't talked to him since July or seen him since the end of June. He strung me along for a while. Well I know he liked me but he wasn't in a place in his life where he felt like he could be in a relationship. The company he worked for went out of business and as of July - he still hadn't found work. Maybe someday. He won't even be my friend right now which usually we could be good friends. I don't think he is totally over me but he's a stubborn Taurus and I don't know if he'd give us another chance. I ll keep you updated
Oh Idk how I forgot to mention I saw him today driving. He was pulling into the shopping center I work in and I was turning out.
