1) About this person. (Good or bad types, if the tarot can tell or whatever it can tell). He appears to be OK but i want to know what the universe is telling me.
2) His intentions of wanting to team with me.

Interesting...a lot of cups showing up. My first take is that he is very in touch with his emotions and uses them to wield power over others. To gain some sort of advantages. With the Magician, I suppose he can be manipulative but I think his intentions are selfish and more about self preservation or perhaps to just look good in front of others.

The second question; I think he is striving to be noticed and perhaps promises more than he can deliver, or will deliver. His effort however seems sincere.
