It's very different from the Tarot where intuition overrides what the cards may mean. Here, the pictures are mere symbols and you interpret it as you would make a sentence. Structure is quite important, so it can be very tricky. Also, Tarot is more psychological and deals with the archetypes, whereas Lenormand deals with the stark and the mundane and is therefore considered as an oracle deck.

Ok wow this is a lot, it surprised me that so much with finances came up but then when I thought about it, it did make a bit of sense. You had it right that there is a guy that I am currently thinking about (there's always that one guy). The King of Diamonds kind of confuses me, i'm taking it that he is different than the King of Hearts? If so, then if he is who I think he is then I want absolutely nothing to do with him. If the two can somehow overlap, because the guy who is on my mind is a bit aloof and has been in the past. He is family oriented in that he thinks they are important and wants a family of his own, he also works hard (finances?) and wants to try and get ahead in life. We had spoken about this recently but I haven't heard from him about it in about two weeks, so I'm a bit confused.
My domestic life is not too great, but however it's pushing me to get out on my own (maybe that's the good thing you see?) No home based business with a friend, but I have been thinking that I really need to get another job in addition to the one I have now. There had been a small declaration of feelings in the past, it wasn't an "I love you" but more of "there's something about you". I don't know if that counts.
The King of Diamonds again....very confusing. As far as I know there is no family friend who is very important to me. Again there is that important man I mentioned earlier but I'm not sure what his situation is or if we're even on speaking terms at the moment. I suppose that's where all the clouds and tower confusion play in.

Yes feeling rather lost now, somewhat hopeful, but last night (when you did the reading) very lost. I naturally worry a lot, nagging thoughts...all that jazz.

Haha I thought the same when I saw the negative cards, I mean I really didn't know they were negative but coffin doesn't sound too happy lol. But yes not knowing what will happen, or where I stand gets me a little cuckoo (like most people). When you say I won't see much advancement for a while, can you be more specific? Is it just the time frame for the 2-3 months you asked about, or when it's the new moon that you reference later?

Slow and steady progress is fine, as long as I know it's progressing again I'm talking about the same guy that I mentioned in my reply to Ariehnox. Which means that I am currently single and it's good to hear things will look up. As far as being happily single...I don't really see that in myself. To be completely honest, love is what I want more than anything. I've come to a place in my life where I want something serious, to get married and have kids. Maybe a bit traditional, but it's who I am. I'm not really in a rush because I want it to be the right guy but what I'm saying is that I don't see myself being very happy alone. So I'm hoping that my happiness will come from a healthy relationship in the future. But even feeling a little better than now isn't so bad (I'm just very unsure about the lots of happiness part)

Yes you are right, a lot of stress to the point that I'm not sleeping too well.

Love life is fairly tumultuous, so yes there have been upsets, yet for some reason I'm always hopeful, even where others would not be.

I'm glad to hear the coffin is temporary The ups and downs I've come to expect and trying to accept (although not doing too well with that). Again the not knowing does get me a bit bonkers..

a few points

you said you are more concerned about having a home, marriage & family, this explains the House card in middle. When I say I do not see much advancement because I do not see a man or any potential in love department coming up. I see you worried & stressed out. Time frame mainly because in my experience square of 9 cards is valid for up to a month, but I set the time for 2-3 months before I pulled the cards. The appearance of Moon in the last column got me thinking if the feelings will worsen by next Moon. Moon is a time card which composes one complete Lunar Month & we just had a New Moon.
Coffin is a negative card, & its very short term. I have seen coffin disturbances lasting very temporarily.
for your other question Book is something you do not know, Moon is usually dreams, intuition & with Coffin, Moon will be depressed mood. Book - Moon can also mean pay attention to your dreams, specially the sad/gloomy ones. Look up for the meanings. You might be uncertain of why you feel so depressed (Book - Moon - Coffin).
