well, one has seen worse, to be sure

i think this person will need a lot of support on the part of their parents. they will have to make sure this insecurity doesn't rule too much. this concerns venus opp saturn too. if one knows that the childhood might be problematic, all that "earning parental love" story, it just should be avoided, to ensure a more harmonious development of social and sexual identity.

and this neptune is indeed worrisome, because on the other hand the person will have to learn to distinguish dreams from reality. it is painful realising things are not gonna be the way one has imagined. but perhaps this can be cushioned too in some way or other.
