My significator is Moon (ruler of Cancer) and is in 5th house in Sagittarius.

I don't know who HE is if that makes sense.
The 7th house is empty.what does this mean?

If he is Saturn in Libra, he is not interested in Moon, but is interested in Venus.
VEnus could be a co-significator of yours, if that is the case though, he seems to be only interested in you in a more sexual sense.

There is no aspect though, so it doesn`t look like something will change in the near future.

The truth is i haven't seen him at all for a while and i think he is generally interested in lots of women in a sexual sense:P

He is an aquarius with pisces venus and mars after all:P
