I'm not very sure of my Yes/No readings using my tarot cards, but Cartomancy is very helpful with me with those kind of readings...

10 of Hearts
9 of Diamonds
6 of Spades
3 of Clubs
2 of Clubs

Yes, I do think you'll find a place, something you'll even 'fall in love' with (10H), but would require a lot of money (9D), which you aren't too keen at this point. 6S denotes separation, but with no ill feelings, so you might not get that place in the end. 3 of Clubs is of practicality, and expansion... 2 of Clubs is of interactions, exchanges and of short periods of time. So in hindsight, I believe the cards are telling you to wait for a little while before committing, as someone might give you a more practical offer, even though it seems 'more humble' than the previous one you had eyes on.

thank you that was very helpful.

there is one house i really want it would be perfect for us and the pets. the owners who are selling it are in a similar bind with finances as we are and can't do a rent or rent to own and i can't get a mortgage due to bad credit.

There is another house and the women will do rent to own it has a large yard and we could take out pets. but it's about an hour away from where we are now and i would have to adjust to a new area and change is getting harder and harder for me, it's making me depressed. but if i can get it and get my pets back i will..

The other house the one i really want is a small farmhouse on two acres It's $23,000 and on a country road with only two other houses.One of the local farmers i know here was going to buy it as an investment and i was going to rent it from him but it turned out he couldn't do it either.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems. To be honest, with black cards dominating the cards I pulled, it was a maybe, but mostly a no (or perhaps generally not entirely in your favor). I don't think it would be good to settle for the one with the woman who has the rent to own, as I think it symbolizes the 3 and 2 of Clubs... Clubs represent something you have to work hard for... but with the significant decrease from the earlier 10H and 9H, you will probably not be very happy with the outcome and trials may seem to pop out now and then.

3 of Clubs and 2 of Clubs do seem peculiar, that the woman and her husband negotiates (2C) and ups the price (3C).

This isn't as positive as I had hoped for, I'm sorry. I surely hope I'm incorrect, but it says a Woman (QC) will break off (2S) a letter/agreement (2D) and it will cause restlessness and loss (5C and 7S)... it might be your relative not being able to cosign (if she's a woman), or it might be from the seller's end, or maybe the Queen of Clubs is even you, I'm not sure... But you know, don't let this amateur reading impede you if your gut says otherwise.
