Today a close relative of mine called to borrow quite a lot of money from me. The thing is that he has a shop and he cannot pay the rent, so he asked me to borrow the money on the condition that he returns it within two months.

The reason why I am hesitant is that he has borrowed money from my parents before and spent them on all the wrong things and never returned them - so it's kind of like a spiral with no end with him. I know he used them on drugs and gambling (and I am VERY!! against this)

However he is a mechanic who always helps me and fixes my car with nothing in return.. and is married to my aunt whom I hold very dear - so I somehow feel it's the right thing to do. They have two very small kids and I want to give them the world!

Therefore I picked to tarot cards with the intention to get a yes/no answer, but I have a hard to figuring it out through what I find online.

i think it means don't be so black and white about it;
think about it in terms of investment for the future,
it's possible you'll get more out of it if you give him a chance ( the possibility of some kind of payoff is there, maybe not money wise... but yeah)
this card kind makes me feel you have no choice but to have faith in him, because if you don't... you could
a) lose something.... friendship (maybe..???) or
b) you could lose the oppertunity of gaining something greater...

this card says you know the risks (ie. of the ships not comming back) but this figure has chosen to be hopeful and take the risk.
