If anyone has any insight as to wether my medical bills will be covered by the girl that hit me or if I will have to sue, and if it will be the right thing to do.

I didn't file a police report and all I have is her number. Perhaps I was too nice, too trusting...

Hi LittleCloud,

I am by no means an expert or lawyer. You should always file a police report. Do you have her license plate #, make model of car, insurance info or seriously just her phone#? You might want to call the # to make sure she gave you a working #. Are you okay?

It is a working phone number. And yes that's all I have. It may be too late for the police report.

I have no broken bones, my knee absorbed all the impact, ligaments seem ok, I have to follow up in orthopedics.

"he who has the most paperwork wins" startdocumenting any contact with the other person, andy pain or ill feelings you have. You can still love and trust but if you need judiciary or medical treatment and payment you must also docimeny.

Yep. you must file a report. You need prove that that girl is responsible for your injuries. Here, we will take photographs with our hps to make sure the accident scene was captured. Moreover, if she has insurance for such, your medical bills may be covered by the insurance and more. Do you have the name and address of the girl? How young is she?

I'm sorry to hear you are hurt... Hope you are feeling better now. Take care.

I'm sorry to heard about your accident even if you seems mostly ok. But still...

As the others, I agree that always to have info & papywork in case...

I pick the valet of cups rx and the 10 of pentacles rx.
The girl that did the accident was the valet of cup and she succedded to distract you enough to not go to the police. As for being fully paid, I think you will received money but on occasion or likely she will tell you that she promises to send it tomorrow... It will always be hazardous with her.

So it a yes & no answer.

I hope it won't be too long to make things clear with her.

all the best and take care of your self.

All I have is the phone number and first name.

I'll go to the police tomorrow then. It's a bit late but whatever...

Any divination insight? Physically it hurts, but it could've been worse, I had to time the impact so I didn't fly over her car.

(((((((littlecloud))))))). How is the knee? Are you applying some medicine and taking one too? I didn't do a tarot but there is a divination system here. It said you will get the money but you may have to sue.

I hope someone comes up with some cards.

I'm not really the type to sue to take advantage and get a load of money. It's moreso to get my medical bills covered thats all. How I heal is up to me, the doctor told me to keep moving my leg and not immobilize it, so I have and it feels a little better.

She sent me a text saying she filed a claim with her insurance and they should be giving me a call soon. I haven't responded so cuz I ended up sleeping for 12 hours...I guess I needed it lol.

Thank you for the wishes and for those that have pulled cards thank you for the advice.
