I take it that this is the same person you are asking about 3 days ago in a horary. The first chart is still being played, there is no point to ask question after question on the same subject, you can do this when something major has changed, or after 3 to 6 months.
But anyway, this chart does not say him coming back, the only applying aspect is between your co-ruler the Moon, in detriment, and Mercury in his house, there is nothing else going on between the main significators. Your venus is in fall. But due to the first chart still in action.....
I know there were some restrictions in the first chart, but that does not mean you can ask straight away again, these restrictions are part of the answer.
