It's funny, I'm a tarot reader too (as you know) but would not have read those cards that way. You are indeed onto exactly how I feel!! It's intimidating because he's in the public eye - so it's easy to ignore my intuitive hunches and signals to trust that which we share. I did follow it though, and his response was incredibly positive and seems I am of on-the-spot importance to him too. I haven't heard from him in a while, and wonder if he's still thinking of me? He's super busy (not even in the same country right now) - but I get animal totems daily when I'm thinking of him which let me know he is...still the doubt creeps up.

So, you think he's my twin? That's precisely how I feel!

I see cords between you two in the level of heart chakra, quite beautiful i'd say. Sparkling and light green, although in the middle there is some blocked emotions or something that makes it daryker. You don't speak in one language as i'd say. Not literally, of course, but some sort of misunderstanding, because i see feelings from both sides but something's keeping you apart. Some issues. There is also a cord at the 6th Chakra level, it's weaker, but still is.

Yes, i see this cord between you two, something psychic, maybe even some kind of telepathy, not too strong, however, but it still is. Like - you may enter fb at the same time, i actually have this with my Love.. every time i enter, he enters the same moment. Awkward.

For his feelings for you now, i drew 9 Water.

He may feel free now. Not that he hasn't feelings for you, but he maybe felt too involved and wasn't ready for that, so he has this relief...

I really appreciate your reading. And I feel your assessment is so spot on for all of it. I'd tell you more - but it's so personal and again, high-profile. You're onto the connection and the "messages", the sense of relief and distance (I feel it - though I sense there will be a return) - and as for the Judgment - I truly hope that reunion comes - but I'm just giving him the space he needs at this time and let him come back when he's ready. That's what feels right (even though it's the opposite of what I'd usually do!)...
