In a few years time, Pluto will trine Venus, this will be in 2016, for you this will probably be the time in which you meet a great love. Venus is the ruler of your Seventh house so I think this will be a good time. Also Pluto will trine the DSC this will happen in 2014, with this you may have a person come into your life who will definitely play a big role in your life and I think that this may be sustained with the trines to Venus in 2016.
Jupiter Conjuncts the Moon and Vertex sometime next year so you may see a person (possibly foreign/from a different background) come into your life. This may be the same person highlighted for the 2014 transits but only time will tell with that one.
You'll have luck in 2014 but not next year as next year, you will be focusing on your Saturn Return and Saturn will go over your ASC, this will definitely be a time in which to go within and evaluate your life. Next year may not be the best years of your life but the Universe will reward you with the years to come, do remember however that Pluto is crafty, however you will find proper love after 2013 is done with you.
Looking at your Saturn and the aspects it makes, this Saturn return may be alright for you as there are some pretty good aspects with Saturn in your chart, some rough patches but good ones as well.
