Hi, I was wondering if anyone here would be able to read a synastry chart with one unknown birthtime? I will post it here if so. It's for me and a man I recently asked a love horary question about on here. IP: Logged |

If you don't have the time the synastry chart cannot be read in an accurate way.IP: Logged |

It would work - with serious limitations. The problem is that you can`t see which houses are being touched in the chart with the unknown birthtime, and the moon aspects could be off. This is a serious shortcoming. However, you still can point out some general points, it is just not THAT individual. And since we of course want the analysis to be most individual, there definitely is some lack there. Still gives an overview over certain tendencies in synastry. For astrologers who use solely the houses for assessing synastry or composite, charts with unknown birthtime are completely useless though. (there are quite a few different approaches in doing astrology here) IP: Logged |

Ceri, it will not. The houses, orbs and degrees are VERY important. Without the accurate time we cannot read a chart accurately.IP: Logged |

Rosalind,it will - with the limitations in mind that I mentioned. (very generalistic interpretation) It becomes a bit or even quite superficial, but superficial does not mean invalid or incorrect.
And yes, I agree, the houses and degrees ARE very important.
