It is a no because I can't see any applying aspects or anything that'd point me towards a yes. You're in the sixth house, I see you kind of stuck in your routine, you think about him a lot and hope the thoughts are rewarded back. Him on the other hand, he's in the Eighth house which may mean that all he may be after is sex or anything like that. It can mean intensity from his side as well but looking at the chart as a whole, he's got too much going on in his life.

He is not Mars as a significator. He is jupiter. Jupiter is in the 1st house.

The guy I am dating: yep he has been making openly sexual references and trying to touch me and all that which I am really repulsed by...it makes me thinks all he wants is sex but the truth is I don't even care about that because I do not like him in that manner! . Something I actually forgot to mention. In this horary, there's an eclipse and the Sun can be seen as him (as you say he's a man in authority) and the moon could be you.
