Here is what I gathered from your mom's synastry with you.

1. Your Neptune in Scorp is squaring her Sun in Aqua. This probably causes some tension about the nature of your relationship. One person might go along as if things are Ok, and the other might be disillusioned about the whole thing... both people might be confused about where they stand. You might feel like you have to be a certain way to please your mom but might have felt your mom never fully trusted you despite acting like she liked you or did trust you. The fact that Neptune is in the 10th might say there was some disapproval about your vocation?

2. Your mother's Venus is directly conjunct your ASC, which means on top of it/conjoined with it. This is mainly a good thing. It means that all you look like and embody pleases her Venus. Since this is familial it means, your Mom is probably very proud of the way you look, sees you as a beautiful child. She might take fashion advice from you or you might want to shop with her, or maybe she wants to shop/exchange beauty ideas with you. Maybe you also saw her as a beautiful role model growing up?

3. Sun and Sun are in trine, which is positive, meaning your two core identities and life match up and have compatible meanings. You both like logic, and airy communication. Your life paths' ideals don't clash. You can both be sensible and logic based around each other without causing offense, since Aquarius and Libra are both Air signs and all about logic/talking.

4. One thing that's troubling though is that both of your Moons do not make many aspects at all. Was/is your relationship not very sentimental? I don't see any aspects coming from your highly sensitive Moon In Pisces which leads me to believe that maybe you never felt emotionally fulfilled as you wanted to be by your Mom. But the positive is your Mercury sextiles her Moon conjunct Chiron [a pretty painful aspect for her, showing emotional pains in childhood and a possibly distant mom of her own]. This means you two can have emotional communication which could help... you don't fear sharing. You can share problems.

5. Her Saturn is in your 5th opposing your natal Mars in the 11th. This is a really difficult push-pull and shows conflicting interests. The Mars person wants to go go go and the Saturn eventually cracks when their patience runs out and freaks, NO! Stop. This is not easy for either person. To me this might mean your Mom was limiting of your social progress or didn't want you to be as social/partying with groups and you kept pushing it, Yes let me go out and do what I want! Since that's what the 11th house + Mars there is all about. Mom probably felt comfortable with you playing a more traditional social role and maybe she didn't seem that "fun"? But your Mars kept chugging ahead which probably lead to arguments at one point.

6. Her Saturn also trines your 9th house Sun, which shows someone with expansive and very optimistic, sunny ideals since the 9th house is a house of higher thinking and celestial thoughts. So this might mean you felt grounded and maybe your mom pushed a more logical view onto you when you seemed very idealistic, too idealistic to her in your thinking and dreams.

I can see why your grandma wouldn't be warm or very empathetic since your mom has Moon-Chiron which speaks of feeling wounded by your mother, and maybe closed off emotionally from her.
