I did the first reading for you in regards to what could you expect the coming year.

First six months - The Hanged Man, Eight of Pentacles, Three of Wands and Queen of Wands.
The first couple of months of the year expect no changes or rather it will be a stable period with no major changes. The first half of the year predicts lots of work... You will be working hard and eventually you will be rewarded for you efforts. Change into a better work position or a promotion is on the cards. On the love front, I see no stable relationship during that time but there is going to be lots of action and you will be most wanted from more than one admirers.

Second half of the year - King of Pentacles, Nine of Cups, Two of Pentacles, Queen of Pentacles.
Lots of pentacles! lol Even though, these cards could indicate work related issues. I feel that the King of Pentacles will play a big role in your life during that time, apparently will be involved with this man and develop a love relationship with him. Expect to meet him through work or through a business trip. He will be a man that he will make your wishes come true. A man you can rely on and trust. It is going to be a long term relationship.
So, the second half of the year is more about love and stability in intimate relationships.
You will be, also, more secure and financially stable.

I also feel your mentors will be very kind towards you and patient while they watch you be molded into the type of boss they're looking for. So it seems the cards want to focus more on love and friendships - here I see a really strong connection with someone that just can't help but be rocky. You are so spot on! There is, actually, a guy that I am currently sort of dating - as much as can someone date long distance! lol AND he is exactly the way you described him!
Very sweet and he takes things slowly, patient and caring but, indeed, too passive/over sensitive for me. We'll see how will it go...

you have the ability to shine and make your presence known but in order to date , u have to be a go getter kind, more like show your personal power, but not inna in-your-face manner, rather inna subtle way & you might just bump into a more traditional man, who values social.systems and is a good advisor.

Honestly, I would cut your losses with the current guy. I just don't feel things between you are going to change. Even with different elements we still see an "up/down" theme to these cards! I think you are going to start seeing someone new soon anyway, or he is. There's a change in the situation that will cement things between you two. If nothing else good comes from this at least things will soon be clear to you.

Well, pentacles again! I have a strong feeling that this man (it will be a long-term relationship) will have something to do with your work/work environment. Your meeting will either take place at work or he will be travelling for work and meet you. He seems to be a well stand man, financially and professionally successful and mature in matters of the heart. A potential meeting time frame would be Spring time - during sun in Aries.
