If he keeps getting mad, leaves and is back and forth as well as immature, it's probably best to break up. You teach someone how to treat you, respect is demanded, and if you let him come back and it's just up and down he'll just walk all over you because you allow it.

Im very mad now, I think I Broke up with him, but the emotional pain manifests itself into extreme physical and mental pain.. so I cant even go through it...
