I keep pulling cards that indicate a new relationship that'll be coming soon, astrologically there is a transit that indicates someone new coming in but I'm not sure of it

I pulled the 9 of Cups! The wish card.
So self-explanatory. I think you will get what you want. And it is definitely supported by the cards you have pulled as well.
