for your first question I pulled the Six of Wands. So, yes you will definitely have a chance. His feelings... the Four of Pentacles. He seems introverted and not ready for a relationship. That might be coming from past hurts from another relationship. So, he is not ready emotionally to enter a committed relationship. You need to be patient with that and give him time and space to heal. Even, though he may be a soulmate as I drew the Ten of Pentacles for your last question... You may have shared a strong/family bond in a previous life with this man.
