Also, because Jupiter is the planet showing up in the 11th house, and it's Sextile the ASC... that's a good sign as well? So the idea is I am heading in the right direction?

I usually look at the house concerned
If say it's a relationship question I use the Seventh house ruler
If it's a Career related question, I use the MC Ruler
and it goes on, you just need to find the right house that your question focuses on

I've been lucky enough to be put on a path that, in the distance, looks like it is heading that way... but I've got a lot of personal fears and issues to work through to get there. I know I can do it, I just... go to do it, and what's more, believe I can, ya know? Neptune in Capricorn... she's a tricky placement for a stubborn Leo like me.

I think you've just come out on the light side of a very dark tunnel. The Ace of Wands suggests to me you've started to realign your wants and desires with your actual life. I say this, because of 5 of Pentacles. Someone was definitely taking advantage of you; I keep feeling emotionally manipulated... a little financially too. Someone who is a leech (to be blunt), and you finally just said, enough is enough (or are in the process of doing this.) I say that because of the 9 of Wands as the root cause.
