On the surface, Derek seems like a hard-working individual, given his sun, moon, mars, and mercury in capricorn. His sun is conjunct his moon, so what you see is what you get with him, emotionally, and he may tend to be rigid in his outlook and adaptibility.With Venus in Pisces, he is most likely very romantic when it comes to his love relationships. He sees himself as the knight in shining armor to his dream girl, but his ideals may at odds with reality.
With a Venus trine Uranus aspect, he is full of surprises, has unusual friends, attracts the opposite sex easily. This also lends a positive personality which may attract important people with money.
The Venus sextile Mars aspect lends faithfulness in marriage, as long as a measure of independance is maintained. This is an indicator of popularity, and a warm-hearted personality.
The Venus sextile Jupiter aspect is another indicator of a popular person with a generous nature.
The previous three positive aspects are also indicative of an artistic nature. Art and love go hand and hand with this guy.
With Venus square Neptune however, this indicates he may lack discrimination, and is easily decieved. He may also be dishonest in a relationship, and have secret affairs, which is tied to inner hurts and insecurity. Lack of discipline, escapism, and drug abuse may also be indicated by this aspect.
Overall, he seems like a decent guy, but he has little quirks which may or may not be dealbreakers. He is probably less conservative than he realizes, but this will be revealed through his associations.
