Career wise, everything has been one huge question mark on where to go in my life. I had careers in cooking and health care and it is not my passion. I'm really not desiring to work in these areas again.

I am considering doing some volunteer work to gain some experience. (I have a big Scorpio brother telling me to get my butt back into school)

Math and I don't get along though technology wise, I am very technology friendly. My spouse thinks I am some sort of tech goddess. He thinks I have some "magical" powers - even when I am away from technology.

Is there any career indicators? I like independent work some of the time. Constantly being under a supervisors watchful eye is unbearable.

My deets are April 3 1971.

I can't do much chart posting as I am on my iTouch.

Thank for your time and energy on this before hand.

My ideas, so far...

That Mars in Cappy you have there makes you a natural born leader (IMO). I automatically think "ambition". However, you are smothered with a 12th house Saturn (kind of like a wet blanket) that leaves you doubting yourself (and quite often). In this case, leadership may not be your thing. Owning a business and working solo might be (e.g. a personal trainer).

You may prefer a fast pace, which is why you were initially attracted to cooking or health care.

You are naturally more practical and logical than emotional and this probably makes it difficult to connect with people sometimes... even with that Aries sun that makes you social and a good conversationalist.

Since you have that more logical / less emotional thing going on, you may be suited to being an EMT or a firefighter. You'd have to use some self-control though and not just jump into a building thinking you'd come out unscathed (if you have that Aries daredevil thing).

Also, with your Venus in 10H, you would do well in the music, entertainment industry, or sex industry. By sex industry, that is not necessarily being a porn star (lol) but maybe you could do PR for an adult movie company.

And actually, the two Aries women I have known well were both successful in PR. Does that even interest you at all?

Did any of what I wrote make sense to you at all? Or am I way off? LOL!

Sorry it took me a bit to get back to you. Life is busy with two young screaming kids that are a major handful.

At home I am the Alpha person who runs everything and I'm the queen of my castle - my partner is a very submissive type. I can do the leadership role, if I need to be but don't like to rock the boat....I like to be catered to with a list of fun activities to do that others have come up with. (I get tired of running everything at home and organizing events etc. )

I tried having an Astrological chart reading service about 9 years back but it was hard to find clients in person. Though I don't know if I want my own business or not....

There is a strong logical, thinking element to me but I am highly sensitive and feel quite deeply and I need something for me to work with the emotional side of me. I would not be able to handle any firefighting or EMT job. wanting to help out if there but I am not willing to see blood and guts scenes etc.....(I can pull ff the calm cool collected for a little bit but my sensitive side loses out.

Right now for myself, I sing at jams and do karaoke - it helps my emotional nature with singing and expressing myself and I think this is what I am doing for myself to open up more so I'm not in my shell most of the time. I am deeply introverted but have a strong social need to go out and mingle with people of my choosing.

I am trained in stand up comedy, but it is a very huge challenge as I am a private person and don't like the public eyes prying into my world. Stand up jokes come from ones own life experience and I would rather share with a select few out there.

I think sex is highly overrated and could live like a celibate till I die but my spouse would hate that. Sex and intimacy are very sacred things I find and I would rather leave it between two people and me out of it.
I can't handle sex scenes on TV without getting sick and running out of the room....

I'm not sure about the PR. Hard to say cause I never tried it.

I seem to be going to the more spiritual side of things....self healing now.

I seem to work well with technology but math and I don't get along and was always my weakest subject to do in school.

Thank you for your hard work and reading my chart, much appreciated! (It has always been very hard for me to pick a career direction and I'm still indecisive about it. Not sure what I want to master.

So would you consider learning how to code iPhone apps on your own? Or some other form of web/device/internet development?

You could do that as a self-taught freelancer. It would be your own business without the responsibility of hiring people, managing people, etc. You could talk with clients on the phone/via e-mail and work with anyone in the world.

You could develop your niche and do web work for astrologers so that you'd be connected to what you enjoy.

One example: as much as I enjoy reading Susan Miller's site, I would LOVE to see someone recode that thing. It is a web design nightmare form the 90s!

Just more ideas.

I actually work in the careers industry so this is fun for me.

I used to joke with my clients about why I decided to do what I do. I said, "I couldn't decide what I wanted to do, so I help people attain their goals who have it all figured out"... lol!!

However, I don't use that joke much anymore because the employment situation right now is so different. It seems that no one is certain about anything career related anymore, so you are definitely not alone.

I'm not sure about app development. Math and I don't get along. Though you know what anything is worth a shot.

I think I'm going through some moments about teaching the world to be more compassionate etc......hard to explain......something is unfolding here for me.
