He's had a choice on his mind for whether he should reach out but he's held back from doing so, I think that you should reach out only if you want to and only if you want to remain friends for the meantime as I feel as if he wants to be alone at the moment, to focus on himself a bit.

My question: Will there be a new relationship in the near future as the charts have been saying?

He will be back. I would leave him be for now. I do not see him with someone else..actually, it seems like he is going through some personal issues that you may not be aware of. Using timing , I think he will definitely contact you within the next two weeks. Before I go further, by any chance, is he a twin, or have multiple siblings? (I am rushing out to pick up my niece, so this ,ay be a bit rushed...I will re-do later if it sounds off base)

I do not pick up on him being involved with anyone, at all. Like the lenormand said, he has some heavy duty stuff going on that has NOTHING to do with you.
I feel like it's family related, and for the time being, his foundation has been shaken up unexpectedly. He is still reeling from a recent chain of events. You would be surprised if you knew what was truly going on, and maybe a bit relieved?
I see more confusion for him the next few months. I do not see him stabilizing until the summer. If you do reach out, I think it will help you to move forward either with or without him, as you will feel like you will have an answer one way or the other.

It seems to me that if you look within, you know what to do. Follow your intuition. If it feels right for you to reach out, than do so...but be realistic about your expectations.
