Topic: Trouble in paradise...Horary Question

Just when I think things are going well...I was wondering if our recent romantic issues have to do with monetary issues on his end. Right now I am in a better spot financially, but that is only because his industry (construction) is not really booming in the winter. I think this is making him push me away a bit, making him standoffish. He is a proud Capricorn so he doesn't like to talk about it... Now, I know he is Jupiter and the Sun and I am Mercury, Moon and Venus in this romantical question. Jupiter is retrograde in the 12th so that has be worried but it makes an applying trine to the Moon, although it has no relationship with Mercury. Mercury is in an applying conjunction with the Sun though. Saturn, the ruler of his Sun, is squaring the Moon but sextiling Venus. I don't know, please help...  IP: Logged |

No need to use so MANY significators, one will do if you find the one that fits. It's not always asc/dc ruler that tells the story, yes, but I absolutely dislike when people already give away 50% of the chart by default to querent and quesited. Things are more complex than that. Ugh, had to get that off my chest.
So, regarding your question, yes I think it might be money-related. He is not in a very good place right now - in detriment, Rx, cadent in the 12th no less (ok, his 6th so he's focusing a lot on work). You are placed in his 2nd house meaning you are a source of income for him. This is not something either of you like. He doesn't have a choice, he is ruled by you, but you kinda resent him a little (you're in his fall). In the short term there will be some improvement because Moon (your finances, also could represent the situation) trines him, but then Moon squares Saturn, ruler of his finances. That's when things are gonna blow, I think. Moon is supportive of Saturn being ruled by him, but Saturn is in Moon's fall. You're gonna offer him something he will be offended by.
Things are gonna improve for his finances though. Venus will sextile Saturn and POF is trine it. He will come into some money in 3-6 weeks I think. But before he does, you're gonna have a fight/falling out about it.
Stay strong, be supportive but not smothering and don't reproach him. He doesn't like this either. But it will pass. IP: Logged |

Thank you Hera! I won't mention it to him because it is usually a touchy subject for men anyway. Sorry about the significators - I was looking up other horary charts to try to find out what to use, making it more complicated then it needed to be.I had a feeling about 3-6 weeks also. This is only for astrological reasons - right now Venus is going through my 12th house but in about 3 weeks it'll be in my 1st so I am thinking (hoping) that things will get better then... Venus is ruler of his 6th. It is in his house and applying to Jup, then Sat (his money). He's gonna have a job offer in like 2-3 time frames and the money will come afterwards. IP: Logged |

I am kind of worried...He is pushing me away and he seems depressed. He has been complaining about winter since I have met him, so maybe along with the work issues there is some seasonal affective disorder there also. I wish he could understand that money doesn't really matter to me... Hera, in one of your posts you mention that he loves me, where is this shown? Has it changed according to the horary? IP: Logged |

Hey I'm not Hera, and I'm still learning horary, but since his significator (Jupiter) is in your house (Gemini) that's what she probably meant when she told you that he loved you. Jupiter in Gemini. Could also be his co-significator (Sun) conjunct your main significator (Mercury) as well. I also see your co-significator MOON trines Jupiter (his main significator) I'm not sure about Moon and Sun being conjunct..if it's good or bad..could also be another clue for love between the two  IP: Logged |

I am not surprised. You are going through a hard time because of this too. You are peregrine, in a malefic house and combust (blinded by the Sun's rays). He loves you because he is ruled by you. He's smitten. But he's placed in your 12th so you can't see that (not to mention the blindness from the Sun). Don't worry about his feelings, what you see is not what is true. He's RX and in a bad, bad shape. It will pass. Just hang in there. Give him space, don't pressure him. Just be there when he comes to you, but let him be for now. Thank you EmpressMendez & Hera! I appreciate the explanations about the significators...I am trying not to stress out about this, but it is so funny that it coincides with a Venus transit through my 12th house, love hiding out. quote:

He is a Capricorn with Capricorn Rising so this is especially hard for him - he likes being the manly man in charge type, underneath his humor.
