Story: It was an emotional roller coaster. I told him to stop talking to me. Later this Christmas we kind made peace. I reached out to make sure things were ok with him, even though he hurt me badly and in actuality he should have apologized or checked in with me. It is very formal. We both said sorry. Then New Years I reached out again; he replied in kind but nothing more. We are still not talking. The end.

So I pulled cards to see what he felt if anything for me. I dont get the Hierophant here.

I keep getting the Hierophant for his feelings. This seems consistent. But I dont get why, we arent even talking.

I also got Nine of Swords for what stands in the way. He told me that he hated how I cut him out of his life and just stopped talking to him. Maybe it is that?

Hmm..are you sure he's not already in a relationship? Do you think he might suspect that you are in one?

If neither fit, then he probably feels the same way about you that he has always felt. He feels like things should remain the same between you two (formal/or not talking) -- that's how the Hierophant usually plays out for me. I apologize in advance if it doesn't fit for you .

I think he thinks that I am interested in someone. I am not though. I however dont know about him though he is listed as single.

Yeah we just are not talking so....that could all be correct. : /

He took so much of me...I hate this.

Hey I got three cards: Knight of cups reversed, two of swords reversed and six of pentacles reversed.

I feel the guy had high hopes that this relationship could have gone the distance but ultimately it ended up taking a turn for the worse, which he was not prepared for. He feels alot of internal struggle at the moment as to how he should proceed and what he should do, but I feel the guy is backing off and probably just needs alot of space right now. Not sure if the relationship was unbalanced, but it seems the relationship was unequal in terms of give and take, and there's some resentment because of it? It's probably best to back off for now. Initiating again would not be the best idea, just let him go. Let him sort out his emotions and sort out what he really wants, because right now he's ambivalent and confused.
