Betrayal is a huge issue, I have had to deal with. I always felt like the ground I would walk on would break at any moment. I had recurrent dreams of this too. Things were never stable mainly because of my parents marital headache.

Yet, now...the main reason for that stress has disappeared, and Ive now learned to deal with this fear, I suppose. My parents are happily married and have made their marriage work.

My mom was strict, kinda immature in handling me, while groing up. My dad was busy with work, so yes, he was absent. He worked 15 hours a day for a long time. But...I know they love and loved me even then. They did their best with what they knew. They have their regrets as do I. I dont think that I was a perfect child though I tried.

There was never any physical abuse.

At the most I would say that my parents were verbally coarse/ harsh on me when things didnt go as planned in my mid 20s. I think they didnt go as planned because...my dad was really critical of me when I moved back, so that was a huge blow to my self esteem. I was told to give up...a lot. I know they regret that now...because lol...I have just lost my energy and will power.

Now they try to cheer me on but...like I said before, I feel lost, confused, alone, and unsure about which way I need to be going. I feel *blah* and in a haze.

I keep counting the years I wasted...It makes me sick to my stomach some mornings. It has gotten better though.

It is true. I get headaches when I am stuck in my room. Yeah I do live at home. It is ok, but I hate feeling so incompetent. : / Do you feel this way?

I am not earning as of yet, so there is no money coming from my end. I want to be able to chip in but I have these tests that are my biggest barrier. sigh.

I actually am a vegetarian. I feel better this way that is for sure. I can sense a lot of improvement in my circumstance, mentality since quitting meat again. I no longer crave meat, so that is a huge plus now. I have always wanted to be vegan but...I guess I lack the willpower.

After reading your post, I did actually start meditating again. It was only 15 mins, but it felt nice.

I will have to look up the epsom salt part. I never knew of it. Thanks for that lead.

Thanks for offering; I really would love to get a reading. Anything that can help my situation would be nice.

Actually, I am not so much as depressed as I am disappointed and confused.

You are right nothing is that bad or that horrible. I guess we just tend to make a mountain out of a molehill. Well that seems to apply to me. Last couple of years have all been stupid molehills. lol

Anyway, I am happy that you are on a better turf and figuring things out for yourself.
