it's not so.. exotic for me.  like in new zealand maybe i can herd sheep lol yeah right!the list is for canadian working visas i think. fairly easy to acquire for the under 30. i think that was how i was able to live in france or maybe i left when i had to. can't remember long time ago anyway.
