Hey Knowflakes,

I haven't been here in a long time, but whenever I need astrological insight I find that this is the best place to go. I may not find an instant fix but you wonderful people provide some indispensable guidance that I appreciate more than you can ever imagine.

I'm 16 weeks pregnant (this is my first baby) and have been falling into this awful darkness. I'm so lonely, anxious.. I feel like I don't have a friend in the world. My boyfriend isn't bad to me by any means, but he just doesn't understand. My mother died in March of last year and I've been off of my antidepressants for the first time in years due to the pregnancy.. therefore I think my emotions are a lot more raw. I feel like I'm grieving her all over again, or maybe I never grieved correctly in the first place due to the medication. I also feel like I'm either losing my identity.. or maybe like I never had one in the first place.. I'm not sure.

I was wondering if there was anything else that could be influencing my chart to make me feel this way? I've been feeling almost dragged to the ground and I hate it because I don't want my baby to feel my sadness. If there aren't any influences in my chart bringing me down, is there anything I can grasp to pull me back up?

I've been trying to have hobbies like painting and dabbling in cosmetic chemistry.. reading, writing. It's like I can't fully immerse myself in those things. I wish I could find a channel. I apologize if this sounds mopey but this is probably the only forum I would ever feel comfortable enough to post this in. You guys make it seem okay to reach out here.

noir, i am not reading the chart but felt like talking to you. I did a one card tarot rdg. And got wheel of fortune reversed. Are you taking good care of your body and mind? Apparently not. Generally pregnancy periods can be depressing sometimes so take good tonics, good food, eat properly. By proper diet i mean nutritious, value food and not trash or junk. Also, keep your mind prepped up. Do some creative things. Whatever you like or just work around the house and keep yourself occupied. Make CONSCIOUS and WILLFULL efforts to get your mind out of the rut. If you don't have an opportunity to do these things create one. Talk to others, share your feelings, give vent, pray, show your affection around. All these things will definately pep you up. Go for daily walks in gardens in the early mornings and evenings. Go to places like vegetable market,cafe,malls etc even if you dont want to buy anything, anywhere where you will have lot of ppl and energetic feeling. Take care. Btw you don't have to have a friend to talk to. You can catch anyone for that. And just talk. Share your general feelings with any decent looking gal/guy. It will make you feel much better. Keep talking to lindalanders too.

I'm pretty sure I'm eating well. I've never cooked so healthily in my life. Does a reverse fortune card mean exactly what it sounds like?

No. It doesn't. Don't worry.

It depends a lot on our mood swings. Specially in pregnancy when we are going through major hormonal changes. So a determined effort does wonders. Irrespective of the astrological positions and transits.

Its good that you are eating well. Keep that going. Try to continue it with other things that i have mentioned above. Whatever that you feel would help to lift your spirits. Just decide and take one step at a time. You will come out of this thing i am sure.
