CLOSED FOR GOOD.
... or stethascope or a scapel or wirecuter or a - my bad. Got a little carried away. LMAO!

HELLO KNOWFLAKES!! THIS is a career thread. I agree with, Linda, when she said to "Labor with Love" - honestly, is there really any other way? I wake up and can't WAIT to start putting in work. Why put in 40+ hours a week if you detest it? When you could be LABORING with LOVE?? Or maybe you're undecided. Either way, I'm here to help you in any way I can.

GUIDELINES

1. Be courteous to your fellow Knowflakes, don't be greedy with the follow-ups.
2. Ask a direct question.
3. PLEASE, BE PATIENT.
4. PLEASE, respect when I say the thread is CLOSED and do NOT post anymore questions.
5. ONLY ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT CAREERS AKA LABORING WITH LOVE.

As always, these threads are exercise for me, gifts for you and I'll probably never be able to express how much these threads help me. So, I'll ALWAYS be thanking YOU!! Annnndd that's pretty much it! If anything arises I'll edit and let you know.

Leggooooo! Who's first!?

*EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT* [2.9.13 1:28 PM EST] LAST CALL on this thread!

PS - I've been SO busy! I can't WAIT to show y'all why!

Wow! This is synchronicity. First of all nice to see you here again, Leap.

Question: I need help in order to complete my project - a book with dvd. Earlier attempts to get help failed. Do you see me getting the help I need so I can complete this hopefully by April/May?

STUFFY!! Life... eh.
I don't get a good vibe for that company, Stuff. I'd start looking else where.
It's not that you won't get it but, they misrepresent themselves. A LOT. Watch what they say and make sure they give on the goods.

Hello Leap!!

Sorry for just going to keep it short as I'm currently in a rush working on our thesis in between. :'-) May I ask what you could pick up on about my employment around April or some months after that?

Thanks so much. <3

gee thanks Leap!!

They've been funny actually. Just think of it last week I sent them a massive test assignment, then their art director got back to me saying the vacancy had been filled already. Then this week this girl emails me and suggests that I come over for an interview. I was like but your art director said... And the next thing I knew was they are looking for a new art director.... Interview still tbc. I'm like totally wtf

As it is I'm thinking something's flakey, so I just don't know. I really trust your insight though

Be well and god bless you xx

PS I hope you dOnt mean stuffy as in unpleasantly hot. I am pleasantly hot, as a matter of fact

Any help needed will be there but, I don't see full completion until sometime between June and July.

Hey LYP - good to see you around

Will the dot.com I am working on provide for me financially this year (or any year)? or should I be looking for a new project/career path?

An older gentleman with a ponytail salt-n-pepper almost white hair. Think Sean Connery only shorter and stockier. And maybe Italian. He will help you in more ways than you can count.

I see you happiest being the Master of a Reform school for naughty boys or girls. Or perhaps a last chance home. Or a group home. Or a home for pregnant teenagers. The degree, of course, is up to YOU. I DO see you LABORING with LOVE around LOTS of kids though. And they're ALL happy. And different ages. You could also be a foster mother.

Hmm u may have missed my response here. Check my last response to u. If officially unemployed again I will call the temp place next week as they instructed me to call there once a week. I figure using temp agency will get me current experience so other places will actually wanna hire me bc I've been out of the work force for so long. ??

Hey, Brit. I hope all is well with you. I was gonna say something you'll play a role in their lives like the attorney in THE CLIENT but, no. Ever thought about CPS? CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES. OR wait a sec... is you family in law?
