Right, now transiting Saturn is in conjunct with my progressed Venus, by 4 degrees. Progressed Venus in turn is in conjunct with my natal Venus by 1 degree, and my natal Jupiter by 0 degrees which is ruler of my seventh house.
I was born October 4th, 1994. Now I understand a 4 degree conjunction is not very close, but when Saturn gets closer to my Progressed Venus, does this mean a new relationship will start for me?

I think pVenus returning to its natal position should bring a relationship. Or softens the personality enough to attract a mate.
