Well I'm no expert but noticed a few bits and pieces which might help? The first thing that strikes me is that these two people must be incredibly drawn to each other for better or worse! There's a Venus Pluto conjunction (in Scorpio of all places!) and it looks like there might be a Venus Pluto opposition the other way (Taurus to Scorp although the orb might be a little wide) so one way or another they'll find it very difficult to ignore each other I should think!

The next thing is a Sun Moon opposition and a Sun Moon Sextile - this is a realtionship of extremes by the look of it. Big emotions, big themes, big dynamics. They've got a nice Venus Mars trine in there to pour a little honey on the oppositions and i would imagine the Moon and Venus in each other's respective 4th houses makes for quite a bit of security and familiarity of feeling between them. There's also the AC/DC connections (sounds like I'm talking about wiring a plug!) which will create a feeling of being 'meant to be' as well I would think.

I'm not sure of the orb but the Saturn and Sun look like they might be loosely conjunct (Sag/Scorp) and that'll no doubt create a feeling of stability/bonding however the Sun person might feel a bit stifled or restricted sometimes by the Saturn person.
