I actually don't know the time he was born so I just put in midnight. I understand that this will effect the accuracy of the reading.

I could post a synastry with me and a celebrity.. Doesn't show or mean that i will ever meet that person.. Even with the best aspects..

As.its true we have crushes on celebrities even though we don't meet..,
The one person may like the celebrity from what they saw or hear.. But its one sided cuz the celebrity has no contract with me.

Not saying ur crush is a celebrity, just using that as an example..

We can only analyze the charts individually & then the synastry but as Lioness told you, if you have no interaction with this person then the energies won't be activated...

BUT, just to give you more information, I'm looking at your chart and I'm not really surprised that you say you have been obsessing about this guy for a while. Your Sun is in your 8th house... and you also have a T-square with your Venus opposite Moon and they both square Pluto (in Scorpio!), so you ARE an intense person, and obviously if someone activates your chart with their planets, well your true nature is going to show. On top of that with your Sun in Capricorn, you are also the serious type of person, when you have something or someone in mind, you keep your eye on the prize.

Now if I look at the interaction between your two charts, I can totally see why you noticed that person. First of all, his Saturn (which is an energy you're familiar with as a Capricorn) activates your T-Square as it falls on your Moon. Your Moon in Leo is also in conjunction with his Sun, the orb is a bit large but they're in the same sign so I'd still count the aspect. Your Sun conjuncts his Moon... and your Saturn/Uranus conjunction is opposite his Venus/Jupiter conjunction. With conjunctions there's this nice feeling of familiarity, but with oppositions the energies are in your face : you will notice that person even though they're different, they're not necessarily who you would want to fall for.

Venus oppos Saturn is problems but Saturn is like glue and its conjunct the Moon so the relationship might be hard to pull away from emotionally

Well his Pluto conjuncts your DSC.. No wonder! But by a kind of loose orb by 4.

Here is the composite chart. Again, I don't know the exact time of birth. While I am very curious to see if maybe one day I will actually be able to know him I really would like to focus on myself and learn to develop more self esteem so that I don't feel this pressing need to be with somebody. It's so odd how we feel so inexplicably drawn to people sometimes

I could still really use some advice about this. I'm still obsessing a bit. Well maybe not a bit, a lot. Perhaps someone could tell me something bad? Maybe that would help... I would really like to let this go. How would I go about doing that?
