Ive been feeling tense lately. Problems are coming from my family. My father is very sick my sister is giving me grief. I cant work properly because Im starting not to care. I worry a lot. I cant eat.

From what I see in the chart you have posted is your Node is on your Pluto now, usually this deals with very trying times, and a kind of death of a certain mentality, with rebirth a new. Its basically a test of strength, putting through all kinds of rough spots, including with your family. I consider this the 'bootcamp' aspect, because it is so hard to deal with. Hopefully it will pass quickly and everything will get better for you.

also look at t chiron bang on your sun. that's not going to be easy, for anyone. also transit uranus conj your venus in 8th, squaring natal uranus in 5th - with transit pluto conjuncting that, i'd imagine would give feelings of anxiety, to say the least.

hopefully someone will be able to interp for you but that might lend some explanation for how you're feeling. they are some harsh transits, but they are only temporary. things will get better <3

About the astrology of it all, what the others have mentioned + transiting Neptune opposite your Moon. Those are all quite long-lasting transits, and times won't be easy for you but you'll learn a lot and it will definitely get better for you.
