I'd recommend a past life regression... I had one done w the assistance of a psychic friend. I believe there are CDs available to help you meditate & regress by yourself, if you are comfortable with that. My friend helped me achieve a state of deep relaxation, by meditating on being inside a temple/hallway w doors along both sides. Each door opens to a different life, you pick which one to open. Just follow your thoughts/images..
. I preferred having my friend w me, S she was able to monitor (some lives could have ended in trauma, and it can be draining to see yourself pass on). My friend also took notes and passes these to me afterwards. When you are in trance, don't want to distract yourself w worrying about details.
The experience was very insightful, and psychic Madisun confirmed what I saw/felt in two of the lives.. I was able to view images of three different lives in the session w my friend. I was a little shaken by the images of passing on in one, but also very relieved as it helped to clarify a lot of things from the present
