Don't know if he/she is your soulmate, but will definately end up with him/her for a while at least, I give you a word of warning though, in order for the relatinoship to work, try modifying your views on love, be playful with this new lover.

Still a little hard to tell with the special sign but it looks like either venus/mercurymercury-Very good communicator and intellegant person quick to think, Venus-A natural lover very passionate about life and people you encounter, In your case I think it would be mercury though, do you have a Gemini/Virgo ascendant? or were you born in either of those months?
