I've heard it on many occasions that earth signs are the best for me, but I have a LOATHING for earth energy, I totally hate it, especially Capricorn, there are not enough curse words in all of the world's languages to describe how much I hate them, and I'm not exactly a massive fan of Virgo. These 2 things cannot be true at the same time

So I was curious - what does my chart have to betray about this? What's best for me in a lover based on this?

Of course as much fun it miht be, I am not sure if it was stable enough for your Taurus-Moon

Also, Taurus Moon seems to be warm and sensual, and Uranus energy might be a bit too mental for it.
However, you also have ASC in Gemini, so I guess mental stimulation IS high on your priority list.

They also should not be impractical dreamers. Individualists, yes, definitely, but able to make a living for themselves (you are not a charity organization for rescuing lost lovers)

for longterm potential:

A bit of Sagittarius or Jupiter energy would not be too bad:

DESC is in Sagittarius; ruler of 5th house is also in Sagittarius.

HOwever the ruler of DESC is in Capricorn. You might not like Capricorns; but a bit of groundedness and earthiness in the sense of being close to one`s own physicality and taking responsibility for one`s own life might not be the worst thing in a partner for you.

However with Neptune on DESC - there seems to be a very different image raised up. An attraction to sensitive creative (though not always trustworthy) people.

Your 8th house has Sun and Jupiter, with its ruler in Scorpio sextile Jupiter.
Warm, confident, generous, playful, open but at the same time also emotionally intense people.

To summarize I`d say you need a strong partner who is confident and secure in himself and who doesn`t shy away from expressing his emotions and thoughts (maybe even artistically) and who needs and provides a lot of mental stimulation.

Sounds pretty true, but for some reason strength is a bit of a turn off. Might it be mars in pisces that tips the balance towards the neptunian part? On the other hand weakness drives me mental, when a person can't get him/herself to act is pretty upsetting.

BTW I wasn`t talking about physical strenght, but rather strength of character.

Yes, definitely, especially with Neptune on DESC as well.

you have an even earthier chart given you have an earth moon AND sun- that does not mean you need an earth sun sign but a man with earth in other parts of his chart- maybe taurus moon with cap venus or something like that might work for you? if you mix that with say a sagitarius sun with libra rising and aries mars you wont be overwhelmed with earth but you will still be made to feel secure- feeling secure may be even more important to you than me as i have an aries moon.

mars is the sign where we look for men for a woman so a pisces mars means a little bit of...not weakeness but vulnerabiilty may suit you, shyness even- a man can be shy but still brave and ''manly'' so to speak.

you have moon in 12th house - the moon represents our subconscious and biological karma- having the moon in taurus is considered a good placement - it speaks to an abundance of resources and a stable emotional nature. it is interesting that you have your north node in taurus 12th house too since that is where you are supposed to be heading, i dont know how to interpret that but it seems promising to me.

you have neptune (i think im bad at reading graphs im afraid - i need tables) in 7th house like me (but sun in 8th unlike me which is in 7th) so possible idealisation of men in relationships and finding it hard to distinguish truth from dreams but you have neough earthly placements to sort that out.

no ive never been loved taht deeply but i have loved that deeply and intensely-like honestly if you gave me the choice between 100 romanian orphans starving or him stubbing his toe it would be bye bye orphans... way way waaaaay more intensely than most people are capable of- it just was not returned i do not believe to the same degree- but i dont mind even-im very accepting of things

I have tried equal, it's just weird. Sun and Jupiter go to the 7th, but then well Sun in the 8th fits me fine too.

Saturn and Pluto go to the 5th - well, I'd rather have Saturn in the 6th LOL, and I'm not sure it fits. I have Asc trine Pluto trine Venus - so intensity in love could come from this Grand Trine as well as Venus conj Mars, not Pluto in the 5th

Venus in the 9th as opposed to 10th - i don't know, both could work. in the 10th means a creative occupation

The difference between Placidus and Porphyry is less significant. Pluto goes to the 5th and Saturn stays in the 6th. Sun goes to the 7th from the 8th - and that's that. I have vivid dreams and well I am pretty intense/ with a dark side - but this could come from SN in Scorpio.
