I have an upcoming court date,I am getting VERY NERVOUS about it, from what my lawyer says, we have a deal that we worked out with the D.A...however, I have outside ppl saying they are going to get involved. I did not assault, or rob or drugs or anything like that. Its over something silly, but I still feel like it can escalate & my deal that my lawyer,DA & I have agreed upon can be thrown out by the judge if these outside ppl get involved, the other party involved - it isn't mandatory he be there, but I am nervous that he will & will try to say something to cause more problems to this & causing judge to throw out our deal. I'm not dangerous, not a criminal, nor bad person it was simply a argument we had - via text that got out of hand. I am already an emotional mess,mentally,spiritually & everything else. Can someone please help me? this is the biggest nightmare ever, I just want to find some peace of mind,some answers if possible.
