hey all

Am turning down the conditions of development for a promotion....as it will be mean major pressure and no salay for the exta work, and just not comfortable with the work load and my manager. He is a bit of a bully.

Can any one doing a tarot reading? I know change is coming but....its major to say to my director that I don't feel ready to move up.

Am hopng the cards can reveal something?
