could someone please do a reading and clarify the situation for me.
i want to know if i will get my raise/bonus that we( my boses and owners of the company) have been talking about for some time now, or will they try to avoid it.
this is important because one of the owners is going to a new company and is looking to get me to go with him in the near future, so they might be hesitant giving me a bonus knowing i might be leaving soon.
so the question is will i get the expected bonus/increase, and also do you see me getting a new job with him( His name is Sam)

i am feeling thorn between the 2 options( 2 work options). i def feel like i dont see the whole picture yet,and i dont have all the details but trying to gather as much as i can along the way..but i m lil bit excited about going to the new job too.
