This tells me that things have been pretty stagnant in your job for a while, and you arent happy for a long time. It tells you to make a change. But you seem to be losing focus. It advises you to remain focused and hardworking if not it will cause some loss to you (money wise).

I picked another card, the 6 wands reversed. There's probably a backstabber or a dishonest person in your workplace causing trouble for you? In this case, they said you will find new work sooner than you think. Let me know if it's accurate.
