Hey I tried to do Lenormand, but I'm not very good at interpreting them as a spread

Moon + Heart + Clouds + Crossroads + Man

It seems that he's just entered a rough phase in his life. Lots of choices to make etc. So he's just feeling hardened on the inside. I don't think it's you.
