Seriously Considering a career as a Physician, but not particularly surgery. I am mainly interested in Neurology (perhaps due to Uranus in the 12th house, and Uranus conjunct rising?).

I have the same Sun-Mars-Pluto conjunction in Scorpio in the 5th house. I guess no matter where the house placement is, this conjunction will require a career that you are VERY passionate about, something where you could devote your entire time and energy in. Whatever your career will be, it should be of your own choice and not by others. Especially that yours is in the 10th house, you could very well be in a career that utilizes leadership and organization or something where your decisions always have the final say-- being self-employed, medicine, etc.

You're lucky to have a Capricorn moon.. It goes well with the willpower that your Scorp conjunction has to offer. I have mine in Pisces and although it trines my sun, it's in an unfortunate and afflicted position being opposed by Jupiter and squared by my chart ruler, Mercury.

Thank you for the well-wishes Lunae, Interesting indeed the similarity between our charts. Regarding the conjunction, yes I really cannot see myself doing anything else other than medicine. Yes, fortunate regarding the placement of the moon, although in general I feel/seem much more like a capricorn than a scorpio despite the conjunctions. Regarding your placements, I take it you either have a gemini as your rising. how are you coping?.

You probably feel more Capricornian because your moon and north node in Cappy are both closely conjuncting your ascendant. Rising planets/planets in the 12th conj the ascendant have a strong effect to the way you outwardly project yourself to others, right?

Oh, and you have your NN in the 12th, too. It's no wonder you have an affinity for medicine.

About my placements, Yes, I am a Gemini rising well.. I admit, I'm having a hard time right now, since I am in the midst of a transit t-square (t. Uranus opp natal venus both squared by t. Pluto) and a bunch of transiting planets opposing my natal jupiter. It sucks, but I am getting used to it. XD

Another interesting thing to note, I am also taking up a medical-related course and I am happy and contented with it. Maybe it's a common ground for us with the Scorpio conjunction?
