From the chart, you are in your 8th house of anguish and anxiety...pretty much mind, body, and soul (sun, moon, and venus) in pisces ruled by Jupiter (in horary). You're having a lot of difficulty moving on...as you say, think about him all day...I think the chart shows that you have separated from him as sun is separating from saturn, even though saturn is retrograde which means that he may be reconsidering things on his end. You're in his second house: so he sees you as his to some extent or you're connected to his values, sense of self. There may be contact, as saturn is retrograde but I can't say if it's going to be for an actual get back together (saturn will eventually go direct)...
He's in your fourth house which usually signifies the end in horary but maybe you see him as home...there's also something fated about him and you...he is also undergoing some healing (chiron and neptune) or both of you are undergoing some healing...maybe to do with hurt in the relationship itself.
