Here's the chart:

I am supposed to be graduating from college soon and I have not found a real job so I was thinking about continuing my education, which is something I am actually interested in to be truthful. However, my current financial situation is kind of preventing me to commit to the experience...what I mean is that I am currently waiting on funds in order to pay for part of the tuition and to register my spot in the grad school program.

Will I get the money to pay for school? (not for the whole program but for part of the deposit, for the rest of the program I will get a loan)

When will I get it?

Will then I go abroad to participate in the program?

Mercury is my significator since Virgo is the ascendant correct?
Jupiter in my 9th house... good? But it squares Mercury in a separating aspect...

jupiter is in the 9th house of travel! I mean come on I thought that alone meant a yes because it not only is in the 9th house of education and higher learning but also jupiter in there usually means study abroad!

Its not just the separating aspect, its also because that the planets are making a negative aspect, i.e. opposite/square. The moon (as querent also) makes no aspect. Plus, both planets are also in their detriment, does not look good. Plus, Mercury retrograde.

I've been doing at lot of asteroids readings these days. Maybe you should look to see where ACADEMIA is in your chart? Or just look at something that is concrete instead of predictive...

I'm glad the Lenormand is working out. Remember placement of card is important - how close it is for example to you the lady. Also the way that the cards are laid out. That is, what is in the same column as you, what is diagonal from you, etc. Good luck, hun. Sorry. HUG!

Aw yeah, everytime I do an horary - in my mind I just always know that it is going to be a no, because I keep thinking I bet this planet will be retrograde or the moon will be voc, or something will go wrong...etc etc etc.... you know

BTW, remember when you read for me for fun? I only got into one school so far, but its a pretty amazing situation - it was my safety, but they are coming thru with money and just a lot of support. Its nice.

I think the thing is to stay optimistic but also not read too much. Sometimes, life just plays out what its supposed to.

The chart shows you right now in a day-dreamy state, fantasizing about this, perhaps stating some unrealistic goals about this. There is a sense of passivity here in your position.

Indeed there seems to be a money problem. Saturn in the 2nd, with Moon separating from an opposition to it. Ruler of your finances, as well as your studies is, surprise-surprise, the same, Venus, combust and cadent, though otherwise essentially exalted (clearly shows you want this and have the intellectual abilities to pull it off). It all seems so far outside your reach. Your family (Jup) would like to help and see you continue your studies (they wouldn't be in the 9th otherwise) but they're in detriment also and cannot support you (separating square).

Moon is in the 8th which usually is a bad house, but I think in this case it shows you thinking about a loan (you are in other ppl's money house after all). Mars ruler of the 8th is in a quite positive position, both in its own sign and angular. Mars is how you can fix the problem. So, what about Mars? Well unfortunately there is no aspect between your rulers and Mars atm. Unless you count the semi-sextile Mercury Rx is making but since Merc goes direct at 5 deg changes his mind (nonetheless Mars reaches Mercury on its own). I find it interesting that Mars is in the 7th. Also, that it's conj Uranus (which can mean a big shocking surprise, positive or negative). Money could come through a partnership of some sort or a signed contract. Because POF trines Mars-Uranus and sextiles Jup (and though Mars is not yet in orb with Jup, it will sextile it).
