Hmm, I'm not seeing anything that as a solid YES. But it seems to be promising as both your Jupiter and Moon are dignified. That is, I feel you could do it if you wanted - everything is on your side. Likewise, the YOD as well.

I assume the 4 counts has to do with moving back in from school. I feel like you have not told anyone yet about your ideas about moving out of state - hence the idea is located in your 12th house. With Saturn in the 8th I feel like it has to do with some type of stability - financial or emotional. As you've mentioned you are looking for a job.

Also, is your father involved somehow? Or your family, it looks like you have a party going on in that first house of yours.

I think your friends will be helpful here as Pluto is in the 11th.

My father isn't involved and my family is more of the doubtful type of family
