You = Cancer = Moon or Moon and Venus (because its a relationship/love question - though I am assuming you are female)

Moon = 2nd House = Virgo 0 45 = Peregrine
Venus = 9th House = Aries 3 13 = Peregrine headed to exaltation by term

Potential = 7th House = Capricorn = Saturn (potential lovers can be any of the planets, but for the question I believe you look to Mars/Sun)
